The Hebrides is a world-class natural resource for the adventurer. From the Butt of Lewis in the north to Barra in the south, the Outer Hebrides chain stretches almost 200km. DETAILS OF THE PRIZE: Valued at over £900, the prize consists of two places on the Wilderness Scotland Western Isles Mountain and Sea Expedition on the 16th - 23rd of August 2003. See www.wildernessscotland.com/popup_canoe_wi.htm for an itinerary and other detailed information. Visit Hebrides (the Western Isles Tourist Board) will also pay for mutually acceptable transfers to and from Inverness.

COMPETITION RULES: Entries received from bluedome.co.uk and visithebrides.com, and at the Op Pad Show in Amsterdam 7th - 9th March and the OS Outdoor Show at the Birmingham NEC 14th - 16th March will be eligible. The closing date for all entries is Sunday the 16th of March.

If you are under 16, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before entering this competition. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the Western Isles Tourist Board, Wilderness Scotland, Bluedome or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members. There will be no cash alternatives. The prizewinner will be contacted by the Western Isles Tourist Board by phone and/or email. Only the winner will be contacted personally. The Western Isles Tourist Board and Wilderness Scotland reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
